The first option involves purchasing through participation in our holding company, which includes the transfer of shares along with the 80 year leasehold contract. In this case, no additional taxes are to be paid, and participation in the holding company offers advantages such as greater protection, tax benefits, and simplified bureaucracy without restrictions.

The second option involves purchasing with only the leasehold contract, with a 10% tax on the sale price. In both options, the leasehold contract is provided, ensuring a secure and reliable way to own property in Indonesia and protecting your investment.
